On June 9, 2026, Humboldt Seed Company, California’s largest licensed cannabis seed provider, announced a global release in partnership with the Marley family: two new cultivars named Redemption and One Love. HSC describes the project as a kind of living time capsule, using modern breeding to preserve traits connected to the Jamaican landrace varieties Marley would have known.
